About the Program
SIMPLE AND GENTLE MINDFUL YOGA WITH A BLEND OF PRACTICAL VENDANTA TEACHINGS
We believe that Yoga can be learnt by anyone and at any age. And you don’t need to have the flexibility of a gymnast to do so. If you have the will to learn and transform yourself, we will help you do so. Infact in this program, you will not only practice Yoga but experience it with the harmony of the Body-Mind integration. Another unique aspect of this program is that we interweave the practical aspects of Vedanta and Yogic philosophy to elevate the experience.
This program is designed to help you achieve the goal of managing multiple stresses of life, holistic physical and mental wellbeing for a joyful living.
Schedule: 4 days a week, 1 hour session from 07:30AM TO 08:30 AM IST
For Adults: 50+ years
FREE for Spouse (Pay for one only on monthly basis)
Session Days: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday
Tenure: This is a continuous ongoing program. Participation is on a calendar month basis.

Sandeep ji teaches synchronisation of breathing with the asans leading to total mindful awareness throughout the session, something which other teachers do not.
