Our Approach

Every person is unique and has a different make up of both body and mind. Therefore we resort to multiple Yogic approaches towards mental health and provide those as conducive for ones nature and current state of mind. Our tools include integrated approaches for modern lifestyle as well as the traditional ones. The objective is to utilise Yogic techniques optimally for achieving mental wellness for people from all background. 

Slow Movement Meditation

Traditional Yoga asanas can be performed not only as a physical exercise but also as a deep meditative experience, if learnt and practiced in a particular way. These simple asana flows are very effective in reducing stress, instilling a sense of calmness and balancing emotional fluctuations.

Pranayama Breathing Techniques

Breathing is a medicine, if learnt properly under the guidance of good Yoga teachers. We utilise effective Pranayama based Yogic breathing techniques for improving mental well being, enhancing cognitive abilities, reducing stress, anxiety and depression.

Our Services

MINDSEER offers Yog experience sessions for mental wellness. Our sessions are designed by Certified Yoga teachers coming from corporate background who understand the working environment and mental health needs of working professionals. Our value lies in creating custom wellness programs utilising integrated and traditional Yogic approaches depending on background of professionals. Further, most of our services are delivered online via live sessions and can also be provided on premise for corporate clients.

This offering is designed to cater to the wellness need of working professionals. Our workshops aims to bring awareness of mental health to working professionals and provide tools for managing work related stress, anxiety and improving productivity of corporate employees.

Private Online Experience Sessions

In accordance with the ancient Guru student tradition, one to one sessions provide better avenues for direct interaction, clarifying queries and understanding of Yogic techniques in detail. Our sessions are conducted online and can be learnt from any part of the world.

This offering is designed for a group of corporate employees for effective implementation of mental wellness program. This is a two week program that aims to train professionals on specific Yoga tools and inculcate habit with regular practice during program duration.
