Private Online Yoga Sessions for General Health
Whether you are a beginner or looking for personal goals, private sessions is a great way to learn and practice Yoga. Private sessions are very different in approach as compared to group sessions. In these sessions you will be assigned a Yoga teacher who will work directly with you and guide you in learning the correct way to asanas, pranayama etc. You will learn each aspects of Yoga at your own pace in a progressive manner rather than at a pre-defined pace as followed generally in group sessions. You are free to ask questions and schedule session at a comfortable time.
