CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Any online course/program/digital content/session/subscription purchased by you is non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-saleable. However, we may accept request to postpone any personal yoga session scheduled with a teacher at a later date provided the request is made 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. This will be entertained on case to case basis and availability of the teacher at a later date.
In cases with ‘Justified Reason’ such as personal session cancelled by the teacher, any behaviour of teacher indicating of arriving intoxicated during session, use of foul language, crime or sexual harassment with the student, the session can be cancelled and refund issued for the cancelled session.
Refund may also be reviewed by us in select cases on compassionate grounds.
