Our Approach

Every person is unique and has a different make up of both body and mind. Therefore we resort to multiple Yogic approaches towards mental health and provide those as conducive for ones nature and current state of mind. Our tools include integrated approaches for modern lifestyle as well as the traditional ones. The objective is to utilise Yogic techniques optimally for achieving mental wellness for people from all background. 

Slow Movement Meditation

Traditional Yoga asanas can be performed not only as a physical exercise but also as a deep meditative experience, if learnt and practiced in a particular way. These simple asana flows are very effective in reducing stress, instilling a sense of calmness and balancing emotional fluctuations.

Pranayama Breathing Techniques

Breathing is a medicine, if learnt properly under the guidance of good Yoga teachers. We utilise effective Pranayama based Yogic breathing techniques for improving mental well being, enhancing cognitive abilities, reducing stress, anxiety and depression.

Meditation & Mindfulness

Practice of Mindfulness and traditional Yogic meditation transcend our sate of mind to that of tranquility and serenity. This has deep transformative effect on our mind. We teach various meditation techniques from simple effective ones to the traditional ones for achieving optimal health benefit.
