Our workshops aims to bring awareness of mental health and wellbeing to working professionals and provide tools for managing work related stress, anxiety and improving productivity of corporate employees. Further, most of our services are delivered online via live sessions and can also be provided on premise for corporate clients.

This workshop is especially created to address mental health issues arising in working professionals amidst this ongoing global crisis. The main objective of this workshop is to provide effective tools from Psychology and Yoga that will empower professionals to manage stress, anxiety arising from new challenges that has surfaced in these uncertain times.
